As a mission-driven leader, I’m all about connecting compassion with action.

I’m the Founder and CEO of Signal Health Group Franchise, a nationwide senior care network dedicated to providing top-notch personal care, home health, and hospice services. Our focus is on those who often feel overlooked—our seniors, veterans, people with disabilities, and low-income families—especially in underserved communities.

My journey started back in 2012 when I set up a small home care agency to serve Medicaid recipients and disabled veterans. As a proud Black and Vietnamese woman and the daughter of a Vietnam War veteran, my commitment to care is something personal for me. Today, I continue this mission through my work with the VETS2INDUSTRY Foundation and Post-Veterati, where we help transitioning service members find vital resources in mentorship, housing, mental health, career support, and entrepreneurship.

I believe in leading with my heart. I value balance and the traditional values that accompany it. I see the beauty in how people support each other—masculinity as protectors and femilility as nurturers. Together, these roles help create a harmonious society. I champion freedom of speech, even when we don’t see eye to eye, as I believe it’s essential for a strong nation.

Faith and family are really important to me, along with mental health. I’m passionate about protecting our children, honoring our elders, and caring for those who’ve sacrificed for our freedom. I strive to approach everyone with kindness, even when our opinions differ. While I don’t support hate, violence, or harm, I believe our world could use a bit more healing and focus on what truly matters. If my views don’t resonate with you, that’s completely okay—I respect that!
